1. What is a function?
A function is something that can be described as a machine. Every input you put in gives out one output.

2. What is the relationship between x and y?
The value of X variates with the changing value of Y and vice versa.
f(x)= 2x ---> (which is Y = 2x)
If x is 3 then it becomes f(3) = 2(3) which is equals to f(3) = 6
If x is 4 then it becomes f(4) = 2(4) which is equals to f(4) = 8
Thus showing X is dependent on Y.

3. Is function a relation?
Yes as as X changes so does Y
